The Institut Français d'Algérie's portal serves five institutes across the country — Alger, Annaba, Constantine, Oran and Tlemcen — averaging 1,000+ visitors a day and over 33,000 a month, spiking past 80,000 during the September registration rush, all while handling exam registrations (TCF, DELF, DALF), course enrollment, study-abroad applications, library membership and each city's own cultural events calendar.

We built a unified portal covering all five locations — exam and course registration, study-abroad program information (Campus France, CNED, France Alumni, scholarships), a library/médiathèque membership and catalog, and a city-by-city cultural events calendar — engineered to hold up under the September traffic surge, all behind a single user account.
