A-TECH Solutions is a software, cloud and digital platforms company based in Mohammadia Mall, Algiers, Algeria. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number and message.
• Quote request: your project needs, industry, timeline, budget range, and contact details.
• Care Team chat: the topic, urgency and message you submit through our support widget.
• Guide download: your email address, to send you the requested resource.
• Usage data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected automatically via analytics.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, send the resource you requested, or provide support. We use aggregated usage data to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies: essential cookies that remember your language and theme (light/dark) preference, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) that help us understand traffic patterns. We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run this site and respond to you: Resend to deliver form submissions and confirmation emails, and Google Analytics to measure site usage. These providers process data on our behalf and may process it outside Algeria. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

How long we keep it

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business record-keeping, and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to contact@atechcloudz.com or support@atechcloudz.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Algeria, including Law n° 18-07 on the protection of individuals in the processing of personal data. If you're located outside Algeria, your local data protection laws may also apply to how we handle your information.
