Mobile App Development
iOS and Android app development for businesses worldwide: one team for strategy, design, build, store launch and support. Based in Algeria, working with clients across Europe, MENA and Africa.
Inside this practice
Mobile app development: the kinds of apps we build
Most mobile app projects fall into four families. A field app lets staff record work, orders or inspections on a phone or tablet, usually with an admin dashboard on the web. A customer app lets people order, book, pay or follow a service. A companion app extends an existing system such as a point of sale, an ERP or a booking engine. An installable web app (PWA) gives a fast rollout when an app-store listing is not essential.
We build all four. Our own products include restaurant waiter and kitchen display apps, a field checklist app for logistics and maintenance teams, and eSIM and car-rental platforms, so the advice on this page comes from running apps in production.
Native, Flutter or web app: how to choose
Flutter builds iOS and Android apps from one codebase, which usually means a faster launch and one team to maintain. Native Android and iOS development is the better choice when you need deep access to device hardware or the newest platform features on release day. A progressive web app is the lightest option when users will open it from a link and installation through a store is optional.
We recommend the option that fits your users and budget, and we explain the trade-off before you commit. Read our dedicated pages on Flutter app development and offline-first app development for the detail.
Built for poor connectivity and multilingual users
Many apps fail not because of their features but because the network drops. We design for it from the start: data is stored on the device, actions are queued, and everything synchronizes when the connection returns. The same applies to language. Arabic needs a true right-to-left layout, not a mirrored screenshot, and many products also serve French and English users in one interface.
We test on slow and interrupted connections, on small and large screens, and in all the languages your users read.
Publishing on the App Store and Google Play
Publishing is part of the project, not an afterthought. We prepare store listings, screenshots, privacy information and release builds, and we handle review feedback. We recommend that the developer accounts are opened in your company name, so you own the listing, the reviews and the audience. The source code is yours as well; we agree this in writing at the start.
What drives the price of a mobile app
Five factors explain most of the difference between quotes: the number of screens and user roles, the backend (accounts, data and admin dashboard), offline mode and synchronization, third-party integrations such as payments, maps, ERP or POS, and the number of languages and platforms. A short scoping session turns these into a fixed scope and a clear quote. Tell us what the app must do and who will use it, and we will tell you what is needed.
From idea to launch
- 1
Align
We learn your business, your users and the problem the app must solve, and agree how success will be measured.
- 2
Scope
We define the first release, user roles, integrations and constraints such as offline use or languages.
- 3
Design
UI/UX design and clickable prototypes that you can test on a real phone before development starts.
- 4
Build
Short agile cycles with working builds you can review, backed by the APIs and admin dashboard the app needs.
- 5
Test
Testing on real devices, slow connections and all supported languages, followed by a pilot with your team.
- 6
Launch and support
Store publishing, monitoring, updates and training, with a clear maintenance plan after go-live.
Frequently asked questions
How much does mobile app development cost?
It depends on scope: the number of screens and roles, the backend, offline mode, integrations and the languages supported. After a short scoping session we give a fixed scope and a clear quote.
How long does it take to build a mobile app?
A focused first release is usually planned in weeks rather than months, and the timeline is fixed once the scope is agreed. Larger platforms are delivered in stages so you can use the first version early.
Should I choose Flutter or native development?
For most business apps Flutter is the best fit: one codebase for iOS and Android, a faster launch and lower maintenance. Native is better when you need deep hardware access or immediate access to the newest platform features.
Can the app work without internet?
Yes. We build offline-first apps that store data on the device and synchronize automatically when the connection returns. Our own point-of-sale and field checklist products work this way.
Do you support Arabic, French and English?
Yes. We build multilingual interfaces with a true right-to-left layout for Arabic alongside French and English.
Who owns the source code and the developer accounts?
You do. We open the App Store and Google Play accounts in your company name and agree code ownership in writing at the start.
Which payment methods can you integrate?
We integrate international gateways such as Stripe and PayPal as well as local rails such as SATIM CIB and Dahabia, depending on where your users are.
Do you work with clients outside Algeria?
Yes. We are based in Algeria and work with clients in Europe, the Middle East, North Africa and the rest of Africa, remotely and with regular video reviews.
